The Emmetsburg Retail Association (ERA) is a new organization that has been established in Emmetsburg. It is a subdivision of the Chamber of Commerce. Its purpose is to promote the retail businesses in Emmetsburg.

To begin, they are sponsoring five major events throughout the year, in addition to other established events. The participating ERA members will be offering specials to customers during each of the five events. Look for the Pink “Events” flags at participating businesses.

The events for 2008 are as follows:

Members of the Retail Association must be members of the Chamber of Commerce. Any person or business who wishes to support the Chamber and the Retail Association can become a member of either organization.
