When the Emmetsburg Public Library built new facilities and joined with the College Library in 1997, their former home, the Carnegie Library Building, which was built in 1912, was converted to offices to house the Iowa State Extension Service and the Iowa Workforce Development offices. It underwent extensive renovations in 2002. The basement was remodeled into an art gallery and meeting room. The Center is open during normal business hours. |
