Both retired and employed volunteers come from every facet of the business community. Some have worked at corporations such as Procter & Gamble, AT&T, and 3M, while countless others have owned their own small businesses. No one person may have all of the business knowledge you seek, however, with the depth of SCORE’s experience, it won’t be difficult to find the expert you are looking for. Whether it’s questions about exporting, financing, manufacturing, packaging, marketing or human resources, SCORE is ready to help you solve your business problems and put you on the path to success.
Just getting started? Join SCORE for one of their popular and professional pre-business workshops. This workshop is an overview of all the major concerns of starting your own business. Once you’ve gotten your feet wet, one of SCORE’s specialized seminars will help you map out goals and conquer problems specific to your type of business. At any time, you are welcome to take advantage of SCORE’s confidential, one-to-one or team business management counseling—available at a nearby office or at your business location.
